Every Engine Yard account has a corresponding ticketing account associated with it. If you have access to multiple accounts, you might notice that you have created a unique email address to associate with each account. At this time, there are multiple processes for adding and removing users, depending on the infrastructure provider you use:

Engine Yard on Amazon Web Services

The process for adding and removing users on AWS is documented in Use Collaboration and Access Control on Engine Yard.

Engine Yard on Verizon Terremark

Add a user

To add a user to your organization's ticketing account, submit a ticket with Engine Yard Support; provide the new user's name and email address in the ticket.

Remove a user

To remove a user from your organization's ticketing account, please file a ticket with the user's name and email that you would like to have removed.

If you have multiple infrastructure providers

While you can add people to your Engine Yard account yourself, you still need to file a ticket to have them added to the Engine Yard Terremark ticketing account.

Again, if you have multiple accounts, you might notice that you have created a unique email address to associate with each account. If you have not yet done so, please see Managing multiple logins.
