Non-ASCII characters display incorrectly in billing update email

Opened for Petteri Räty:

I updated the card used to pay for our acccount and then got an email with the subject "Your Engine Yard Billing Information Has Been Updated". The body of the mail has my last name garbled:

Cardholder Name: Petteri Räty

Please fix your system to properly relay non ascii characters (UTF-8 everywhere?).
