I updated the card used to pay for our acccount and then got an email with the subject "Your Engine Yard Billing Information Has Been Updated". The body of the mail has my last name garbled:
Cardholder Name: Petteri RÃ¤ty
Please fix your system to properly relay non ascii characters (UTF-8 everywhere?).
I've filed an internal ticket with the development team, and will update you when we have resolution.
