For the protection of your account, only the Owner of the account can cancel your account. To do so, the owner just has to go to the Account drop-down, then to "Account Settings."
At the bottom of the "Account Settings" page, the owner will see a "Please Cancel My Account" link.
Remember that a regular user will not see this link. To change the owner of the account, the owner must submit a ticket with Engine Yard Support.
To cancel your Engine Yard on Terremark account, please submit a ticket with Engine Yard Support with your request.
