Announcement: File tickets from Engine Yard Cloud Dashboard


We are happy to announce that Engine Yard Cloud customers can now file tickets directly from the Engine Yard Cloud dashboard. 

By clicking on the "File a Ticket" link,  in the right-hand corner, a ticket submission screen will now pop up. 


You will be able to file your ticket here, and then continue back to your dashboard, without having to navigate to the ticketing system directly. 


Upon completion of the form, you will receive an email confirmation with your ticket link.  

Note: Don't forget to search our documentation, too! Your question may already have an answer.

    On my my macbook pro retina 13" the submit button is not visible on the screen, unless you go to presentation mode.

    It makes it a little difficult to file a ticket

    One minor problem I noticed. I am not the account owner, although I am responsible for the majority of interaction with Enginyard's ticket system for our environments. I tried using the dashboard ticket submission a week or so ago and discovered that as a result of submitting a ticket from the dashboard, it was assigned as having been produced by the account owner, not me. As a result, I was unable to reference that ticket once submitted, since it vanished from my view (even as "cc'd contributor" or whatever my correct status is)
