Upsizing from 32 bit to 64 bit instances

In the current implementation, snapshots cannot be used for upsizing from a 32-bit instance to a 64-bit instance. This is true for PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.

Note: New customers cannot choose a 32-bit instance any longer; this bit-size is being deprecated.

Use dump and restore if you need to move your data from a 32-bit to 64-bit instance.
