Every Engine Yard account has a corresponding ticketing account associated with it. If you have access to multiple accounts, you might notice that you have created a unique email address to associate with each account. At this time, there are multiple processes for adding and removing users, depending on the infrastructure provider you use:
Engine Yard on Amazon Web Services
The process for adding and removing users on AWS is documented in Use Collaboration and Access Control on Engine Yard.
If you have multiple infrastructure providers
While you can add people to your Engine Yard account yourself, you still need to file a ticket to have them added to the Engine Yard Terremark ticketing account.
Again, if you have multiple accounts, you might notice that you have created a unique email address to associate with each account. If you have not yet done so, please see Managing multiple logins.
