Badgeville integration in Zendesk

We are pleased to announce that we have integrated Badgeville’s gamification technology into our Zendesk ticketing system. As you use the helpdesk to perform different actions, (searching documentation, contributing to forums, completing satisfaction surveys, etc.) you will be able to earn many different badges and complete many different missions.

Through this integration we hope to increase community engagement, and to not only give you new channels to share your experiences and ideas, but also to reward you for it!

You will notice that under your Profiled dropdown, you will now see an option for "My rewards."


   

 

By clicking on the "My rewards" tab, you will be able to see your Badgeville activities, community and mission standings. 





Opting out of the program

If you would not like to participate in this integration, you can opt-out. To opt-out, simply click on the "Opt-out" box inside the Rewards page. 

 

Community forums

A few new Community forums have opened up recently, so if you want to share your ideas and start earning some badges, check them out!

    I think this is a cool feature.  I think community badges are a great way to reinforce behaviors and values.
