We are happy to announce that Engine Yard Cloud customers can now file tickets directly from the Engine Yard Cloud dashboard. 

By clicking on the "File a Ticket" link,  in the right-hand corner, a ticket submission screen will now pop up.

You will be able to file your ticket here, and then continue back to your dashboard, without having to navigate to the ticketing system directly.

Upon completion of the form, you will receive an email confirmation with your ticket link.  

Note: Don't forget to search our documentation, too! Your question may already have an answer.

Last June Engine Yard launched a partnership with PagerDuty – a notification service allowing Premium Support customers to receive pages, phone calls, emails,  or mobile push alerts to an on-call schedule they configure based on events triggered in our ticketing system.

As we continually strive to improve our customers’ experience, the Engine Yard Support team is happy to announce that this partnership has taken another step forward. We have opened up more integration capabilities with our free PagerDuty offering.

You will now be able to set up integration points with varying systems such as New Relic, Pingdom, Splunk, Nagios, and many more, in addition to the existing Zendesk integration.  This even includes any of your own in-house software, as PagerDuty works with any system that can send email or make a simple HTTP API call.

If you are a current Premium Support customer and have questions, or have yet to take advantage of the PagerDuty integration, please file a ticket and we will be happy to get you set up.
